Connection ways of pump inlet and outet:
Energy loss of liquids may occur in the pipe The loss falls into friction loss andlocal resistance loss The smoother the pipe is, the lower the friction loss is Thetewer the bend is the lawer the pipe diameter change is and the lower the localresistance loss is. Therefare, ty not to use rough pipes for connection, and avoidusing the method of rapid pipe changes during the connection.
Pipe diameter and connection distance:
When the pump runs under small flow, the efficiengy is very low, and the energyConsumed makes the liquid temperature rise rapidly. When the pump runs undersmall flow, the return fiow that passes the impeller interval will inarease,causinginaeaed dama ge of pump pressure pulse,vibration,noise, etc. Theret ore, it isbetter that the connected pipe inlet diameter should be more than ar equal tothe designed inlet dameter. In order to ensure that the pump runs more stably,it is necessary to connect with a long straight pipe at the pump inlet with itslength 5-10 times longer than the pipe dia meter.
