Product Information

Application:

This sery valves is pneumatically operated ,and with single-seat installed at the bottom of the tank.The valves are usually in dairy,food processing ,beverage production,pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry,with the advantages of no dead ends,no residue,no leaks,and good sealing performance during emission of the material The inside of the valve is mirror polished,the roughness is of 0.2-0.15 um,and the valve is much clean ，sanitary.

Operate:

Operated by single operatinh or double operating actuator.

Compressed air to promote the axis to open and close or close the valve.
Structure:The valve seat is inside of the valve ,thus can avoid the over pressure of the pipeline which can lead to the accidental opening of valve.

Advantades of design:

The complete drainage system can avoid the retention of the products.Normally close valve(closed by spring)-standard type. The simple conversion by pneumatic ,is normally open type valve(open by spring).
The valve seat open to the internal of the tank internal is to prevent accidental opening.
Even when welded with flanges ,also can be adjusted by 360°.
The window open to check the shaft sealing performance.
Loose the clamp can be simple disassembly.

The part contact with medium is 304 or 316L.
Washer: EPDM or PTFE
